White bean salad with tuna

This is a beautifull salad and it tasts just as lovely! You'll prepare this in a couple of minutes and it's perfect to take to work for lunch. This salad is full of protein, not only because of the beans, but also from the tuna. The sesame seeds give t a bit of a crunch.

For the salad

  • 240 g white beans (cooked)
  • 1 red onion
  • 80 grams of tuna (canned in water)
  • lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs roasted sesame seeds
  • parsley (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper

Goes well with

  • seed cracker


  1. Dice the onion finely.
  2. Put the white beans in a bowl, together with the onion and tuna.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon juice and the olive oil over the salad and mix lightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Then sprinkle over the roasted sesame seeds and the parsley. Enjoy!
