Simple salad with pinto beans and tuna

Pinto beans are used broadly. In the United States of America they are very popular and are commonly used in dishes like chili con carne or refried beans. This salad with tuna, green beans and capers is something different. I like to serve this salad at family gatherings, as the main course, with some wholemeal bread. This salad is so simple that you do not need to spend a day in the kitchen for the party.

  1. Clean the green beans and cook them in water until they are just done, but still have a bite.
  2. Add all the ingredients for the salad to a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together
  4. Add the dressing to the bowl and serve. It's that simple!
