Pea spread with mint

Are you looking for inspiration for lunch or for a tasty topping for a cracker on your birthday? Turn your bread roll, cracker or toast into a healthy celebration with this wonderfully fresh spread. You might be familiar with hummus, made of chickpeas. This spread is at least as tasty and it only takes a minute to prepare.

For the spread

  • 150 g peas (boiled)
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 20 leaves of mint
  • 0.5 tbs lemon juice
  • pinch of salt and pepper

To serve

  • toast, bread roll or cracker


  1. Blend al the ingredient for the spread together in a food processor.
  2. You can keep this spread in the fridge for about 3 days.
